Customers who wish to pay for items ordered on delivery must ship them through gig logistics. (SEE DELIVERY RATES)
Customers who effect payment before delivery can either have their items shipped through Their preferred logistics company or arrange to pick them up from our STORE at no 3, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
or through our registered DESPATCH RIDERS (for deliveries within Lagos) – find enclosed the delivery rates.
FIND ENCLOSED the delivery rates, or Through the INTER STATE TRANSPORT COMPANIES (for deliveries outside Lagos).

- Zone 3 – Aba, Abuja, Enugu, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Yenagoa, Umuahia, Akwa, Uyo, Calabar, Abakalilki
- Zone 4 – Kano, Kaduna, Minna, Zaria, Jos, Makurdi
Please note that the above tariff is listed up to 11Kg. Every extra 1KG attracts an additional charge of 348 naira after 11KG per Zone.
Overseas Shipments
The billing rates for shipments to United Kingdom, USA etc. shall be supplied on request.

E-COMMERCE SERVICES BEING OFFERED BY GIGL
HOME DELIVERY:
We currently offer home delivery in these (15) locations ONLY for shipments within the size range of a (standard courier box).
Abuja (ABV), Port Harcourt (PHC), Asaba (ASA), Ilorin (ILR), Lagos (LOS), Onitsha (ONA), Akure (AKE)
Abeokuta (ABK) ,Osogbo (OSO), Ibadan (IBA), Benin (BNI), Kaduna (KAD) ,Abakaliki (ABL),Enugu (ENU)
Warri (QRW)
Shipments sent to other locations apart from the ones listed above will be treated as shipments for Terminal Pick Up (Find enclosed: GIGL pick up locations across the country)
TERMINAL PICKUP:
Shipments will be sent to the GIGL Receiving Stations for collection. Our terminals are open from Monday to Sunday across the country.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery Timeline within Lagos State (1-2 Business days) Saturdays inclusive
– All other States (3-5 Business days) Saturdays inclusive
Note: For delivery of Large Shipments Within Lagos and Other states, please use the timeline stated for “ All Other States”. All Large shipments within Lagos and other states would ONLY be delivered as TERMINAL PICK UP.

Payment on delivery option is available within Lagos Only. Our dedicated dispatch riders shall handle the delivery.
Customers can EITHER arrange to pick up after payment from our Store at No 3 Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos, OR send their own dispatch riders.
